I totally understand the intimidation of adding tons of mods at once, as someone who mods his games any chance he gets, the increase of number and accessibility always becomes a mission in and of itself. I'm happy that my list that was created from frustration over seeing tons of "how to LWOTC2" reddit articles is helpful to many. Are there any mods which do that? Light Strategy Changes is the mod you seem to most emphasize other than DerBK's mods. Having never actually played LW2, I like the infiltration time mechanic, as it seems to require careful deployment of soldiers for multiple missions at once. Why isn't that in your list? I was sorta hoping that I could just run with DerBK's mods and be cool with the result. Now that Long War of the Chosen appears to be either dead or in stasis as a community project, I'm left with either not returning to XCOM at all, or trying to jury rig WOTC into something approximating a Long-War-Esque experience.
